Jeffrey Young is joined by the Sustainability Manager of Argent LLP, Steven Kellett. Steven discusses Argent’s role in shaping the Borough of Camden and the efforts being made by the King’s Cross Estate towards reaching their ambition of net zero carbon.
Steven is the Sustainability Manager for Argent Property Development Services LLP. He provides practical guidance and support on energy and waste management for smaller or independent retailers. For example, at Coal Drop Yards, 60 tenants are involved with a central waste system that includes the incineration of non-recyclable refuse into energy, the collection of all kitchen oil on-site for biodiesel, and the composting of coffee grounds for use on the estate.
